TL;DR — The Short Version
You can delete your account at any time. Log in and visit stack.adamnlynn.com/delete-account to submit a deletion request.
30-day grace period. After you request deletion, you have 30 days to change your mind. Your account stays functional during this time.
All your data is permanently removed after the grace period — check-ins, voice recordings, emotional readings, decisions, journal, metrics, insights, and personal information.
Can't log in? Email [email protected] with the email address on your account, and we'll process your request manually.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)
You can request deletion directly from the Coen 1 platform:
- Log in to your account at stack.adamnlynn.com
- Navigate to stack.adamnlynn.com/delete-account
- Review the summary of data that will be deleted
- Optionally provide a reason for leaving
- Type the requested confirmation to proceed
- Enter your password to verify your identity
- Submit the deletion request
Your request will be processed after a 30-day grace period. During this time, you can cancel the request by returning to the same page.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by emailing [email protected] with:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your company name (if applicable)
- A statement requesting account deletion
We will verify your identity and process your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is scheduled.
Data That Is Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:

| Decisions, Journal & Metrics | Decision log entries, journal entries, and your custom personal metrics |
| Integrations | Connected service tokens (e.g. GitHub, Todoist, GitLab, OpenWearables, email check-ins), imported data (e.g. Daylio), sync data, and integration settings |
| Communications | Notification history and activity logs |
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for limited periods after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Data Deletion Processed
After 30 days, all account data is permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
