We build the Certainty Engine. To do that, we process sensitive data. We believe the only way to get the truth is to guarantee safety. Therefore, our architecture is designed to track patterns, not people. We aggregate insights for investors while keeping the raw, personal data of founders private and under their control.
Adam & Lynn Incorporated ("us", "we", or "our") operates the adamnlynn.com website and the Internal Valuation Machine (IVM) platform (the "Service").

Business & Operational Data (The "Certainty Data")
To power the IVM, we may collect business execution data through integrations you voluntarily authorize (e.g., GitHub, Linear, CRM data). This data is used to calculate execution velocity and capability metrics.
Voluntary Founder Health Data (Sensitive Data)
You may choose to input subjective data regarding mood, energy levels, and stress ("Founder Health Data"). This data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. It is used solely to identifying burnout patterns and coherence trends. When shared with external stakeholders (like investors), this data is aggregated and anonymized unless you explicitly consent to share specific details.
Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
